UNIQUE ASPECT OF GENETIC ENGINEERING IN HUMAN LIFE

Since some years ago, many scientists so interest with the organisms live, especially with the complex of genetic driving information. The big questions that always influenced the scientists to done experiments are how could be the genetic information affecting the cell produced in organisms live, then how big the genetic information responsible with the unique features of an organisms, and how can we arrange or modification the genetic information to do the genetic engineering. In this time the genetic engineering techniques are commonly to hearing in our daily. Because, today that is important and interest technique for result the better live. This technique is usually use for the agriculture aspect, to produce the better product.

            In this time, many product of fertilization that resulting bad product, that’s why the human must thinking how to solve that problem. From the genetic engineering, we can get the answer how to manage the genetic product, to live being better. In genetic engineering is changing the gene in one organism cell so that can do everything that unnatural. The scientist was isolating the some genes which want to use. Then, the new cells can be growth again. Like Ragi, one kind of fungi or microorganism who responsible in development the bread, can be faster to production by the genetic engineering technique. Like in modification bacteria, which can resulting the insulin for be medicine in diabetic.

            Some of the technique in genetic engineering is called biotechnology. The kinds of biotechnology are like mutation, cloning, or tube baby. They are the application of genetic engineering in human part. One clone is the organisms group who have the same, really same, between the product (filia) with their parents (parental). When one kind of rose is flowered, the planer who need to produce the same product of that flowers, they can do the cloning method. Because of they only a clones, sometimes they can easy to die because of the diseases. But now, clones only can use in animal or plants. If it used in human, it can cause the death process.

  In animal part, the biotechnology that ordinary to hearing is mutation. Cell and chromosomes again and again do the replication process in body and genes usually are the correct duplicate in time the chromosomes were replicated. Even thought like that in many cases is not commonly happens, one of between the cell genes is not the duplicate anymore. The change of this case is called mutation and the genes that done the change process is called mutant. Just for knowing, the mutation step in many organisms was higher because of radiation X-light of radium, ultraviolet light, or by many other conditions. A little part of mutant genes may produce the great results. But, the many number of the mutant characteristics is dangerous, because those characteristics is reducing the chance to live for the organisms. In people, that dangerous mutant is responsible with many cases like hemophilia, or the amaroutic, it is the mental down that and missing the ability to seeing. One of the effects that scaring from nuclear explosion is the radioactive grade that cans result more number of mutant that unneeded.

            While another method in cloning of human usually known as a tube baby (bayi tabung). “Tube baby” is the methods which coupling the sperms of their parents with the ovum of their mother outside of the fertilize tube in moms body. This is because the moms body can manage and accept the fertilize process. Usually, this case is happen because the parents have not suitable acidity in the fertilize pipe, some diseases like cancer or the parents have not sperms and can’t produce sperms. So, the ovum and sperms will be meeting in outside of parents body (in tube that have condition same with the moms body). When, the time of fertilizing come, the baby can be entered to their moms’ stomach by modern techniques. This method is controversial, because some religion believes if that act can reduce the moms and baby relation.
